Termination Rights and Refund Policy

    Career-Bond Preferred curates career-training programs and provides enrollment support, personal coaching, and networking opportunities for adult learners. All course content is prepared and delivered by a thoughtfully selected group of third-party colleges and educational providers. Accordingly, the refund policy follows the original policies as set by each course provider even when you access the courses through Career-Bond Preferred.

    Enrollment Deposit Refund Policy

    A $500 enrollment deposit is required to reserve your program seat and is applied in full toward your tuition. The deposit is refundable within 72 hours of payment, less a $50 non-refundable processing fee. After 72 hours, the deposit becomes fully non-refundable.

    Students unable to secure third-party financing remain eligible for Career Bond's in-house payment plan and will not forfeit their deposit solely on the basis of a financing denial.

    Course Refund Policy

    The Refund Policy for courses depends on what type of course you took: Online, Live Online, or In Person, as follows:

    (I) Online Courses

    The student/user did not access any portion of the online course and the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the course setup (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.

    All shipped course materials (books, study guides, CDs, Self-Study Kits, Videos, etc.) are returned, unopened/unused at your own expense if you accept delivery of the package.

    (II) Live Online Courses

    There can be no refund for the course, once the first class has been concluded; or if any course material, including the eBook, is accessed. If extenuating circumstances exist, case by case situations will be reviewed by ProTrain. If a refund is issued, the refunded amount (minus a $25 processing fee) will be dependent upon books being returned in excellent condition (i.e. no writing, missing pages; ripped or damage to pages and/or binding).

    (III) In Person Courses

    No refund for course, once the first class has been concluded. If extenuating circumstances exist, case by case situations will be reviewed by ProTrain. If refund is issued, refunded amount will be dependent upon books being returned in excellent condition (i.e. no writing, missing pages; ripped or damage to pages and/or binding).

    Coaching Services Refund Policy

    Career-Bond Preferred offers personalized coaching services that require limited availability, advance preparation, and dedicated one-on-one time. As a result, coaching services follow a separate refund policy from course tuition unless bundled with a course.

    Standalone Coaching Purchases

    Coaching services purchased separately (not bundled with a course) are refundable within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that none of the following have occurred:

    • An initial coaching session has been scheduled
    • Required intake forms, assessments, surveys, or preparatory materials have been submitted
    • Any coaching session has been delivered

    Once any of the above actions occur, the coaching services are considered initiated and are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the coaching session has taken place.

    Bundled Course + Coaching Purchases

    In cases where coaching services are bundled with a course and sold under a single combined price, the refund policy of the course provider applies to the entire bundle, including the coaching component.

    Because course provider refund policies may be more restrictive, purchasers acknowledge and agree that:

    • Coaching services included in a bundle are governed by the same refund, withdrawal, and termination terms as the associated course
    • No separate or partial refund will be issued for the coaching portion of a bundled purchase

    Additional Terms

    • Unused coaching sessions have no cash value and are non-transferable
    • Coaching services may not be transferred to another individual
    • Refund eligibility is determined based on the earliest occurrence of scheduling, preparation, or delivery of coaching services
