Career-Bond Preferred

    Job Placement Guarantee

Complete the program. Follow the system. Get the job. If you don't — we refund your tuition.

Applies to Career-Bond Preferred non-healthcare programs only.

    The Promise

Career Bond guarantees that if you complete an eligible Career-Bond Preferred program, follow our coaching system, and actively execute the job search process — you will receive a qualifying job offer in your field. If you do not, Career Bond will refund your tuition in full.

This is not a marketing promise. It is a commitment with clearly defined conditions. The conditions below are not fine print — they are the system. Do the work, get the job.

A straight-talk message from our founder

Here's exactly what this guarantee covers — and what it doesn't.

The guarantee is simple: follow the system we give you, do it consistently for six months following your certification, and you will get a job offer in your field. That's not a marketing line — it's a contractual commitment backed by a full refund if we're wrong.

But "follow the system" means follow the system. Apply to 10 jobs a week. Send 10 outreach messages a week. Show up to your coaching sessions. Rebuild your LinkedIn the way we teach you. Log your activity. Do this every week, for six months. If you do all of that and still don't get an offer — that's on us. We'll refund your full paid tuition.

What's not covered: changing your mind halfway through, going through the motions, or expecting results while skipping the work. Miss sessions without notice, apply to 3 jobs instead of 10, stop logging activity, or quit — and the guarantee doesn't apply. Not because we're looking for loopholes. Because those actions mean the system wasn't actually followed.

This isn't a "try it and get a refund" policy. It's a performance contract. We perform our part — world-class training, industry certifications, and hyper-personalized coaching. You perform your part — showing up, doing the work, and executing the search. Both parties have to deliver.

If you're willing to put in the work, we'll guarantee the outcome. That's the deal. If you're looking for someone to do it for you, or a safety net for quitting — this program isn't the right fit. And that's okay.

The 10 conditions below define exactly what "following the system" looks like.

    Eligibility Conditions

To remain eligible for the Job Placement Guarantee, you must satisfy all of the following requirements throughout your program and job search period. Failure to meet any single condition forfeits guarantee eligibility.

    1

    Eligibility at Enrollment

    • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • You must be seeking paid employment with a U.S. employer.
    • You must permanently reside in the United States during the program and job search period.
    • You must be actively seeking employment — not currently enrolled in a part-time or full-time academic program.
    2

    Tuition Payments

    • You must remain current on all tuition payments throughout the program and job search period.
    • Refund eligibility is calculated based on actual amounts received by Career Bond under your Enrollment Agreement.
    • Bank fees, loan interest, or third-party financing costs are not included in any refund.
    • If you applied for a third-party loan, your refund will reflect only the amount actually received by Career Bond.
    3

    On-Time Program Completion

    • You must complete the full curriculum and pass your certification exam(s) within the standard program duration, measured from your program start date.
    • Leaves of absence, suspensions, extensions, or program changes do not extend your on-time completion window.
    • Failure to complete on time forfeits guarantee eligibility, though coaching support may continue at Career Bond's discretion.
    4

    Career Coaching Participation

    • You must complete all coaching assignments and milestones before your program completion date.
    • You must respond to all Career Bond communications within 2 business days.
    • You must attend all scheduled coaching sessions. To reschedule, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Repeated missed sessions without notice may result in loss of guarantee eligibility.
    5

    LinkedIn Profile Compliance

    • You must complete the LinkedIn profile rebuild according to the Career Bond LinkedIn Guide for your program track.
    • Your rebuilt profile must be published and maintained throughout the job search period.
    • You must make any profile updates requested by your coach within 5 business days of receiving the request.
    6

    Weekly Activity Minimums

    • Apply to a minimum of 10 relevant job postings per week.
    • Send a minimum of 10 outreach messages to recruiters, hiring managers, or relevant professionals per week.
    • Attend bi-weekly check-in sessions with your Career Bond coach.
    • Dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per week to interview preparation and skill maintenance.
    • All activity must be logged in the tracking format specified by your coach. Undocumented activity does not count toward eligibility.
    7

    Job Search Period Duration

    • The job search period is 6 months from your job search start date.
    • You may request a refund no earlier than 6 months and no later than 9 months after your job search start date.
    • You are permitted up to 2 weeks of documented breaks during the 6-month period. Additional breaks require Career Bond approval.
    • Requests submitted outside the 6–9 month window will not be honored.
    8

    Qualifying Job Offer

    • A qualifying job offer is any paid position in your program field — full-time, part-time, or contract — that involves, or benefits from, the application of skills gained through the Career Bond program.
    • Internships with compensation and defined career pathways also qualify.
    • If you receive a qualifying offer, you must notify Career Bond within 24 hours.
    • Failing to notify Career Bond, declining a qualifying offer, or accepting one all terminate guarantee eligibility immediately and permanently.
    9

    Code of Conduct

    • You must maintain professional conduct throughout the program and job search period.
    • This includes conduct during coaching sessions, outreach activity, interviews, and any Career Bond-affiliated communications.
    • Violations of the code of conduct, as determined by Career Bond, may result in immediate loss of guarantee eligibility.
    10

    Documentation

    • You must provide evidence of completed job search activity upon request by Career Bond.
    • Career Bond reserves the right to verify compliance with all eligibility conditions before approving any refund.

    Refund Process

If you've met all eligibility conditions and haven't received a qualifying job offer within your window, here's how to claim your refund.

    1

Submit a written refund request to Career Bond within the eligible window — no earlier than 6 months and no later than 9 months after your job search start date.

    2

Career Bond will review your documentation within 14 business days of receiving a complete submission.

    3

If approved, refunds will be issued in the same form as payment received, within 30 days of approval.

    4

Refund amounts reflect actual tuition paid to Career Bond only — not third-party financing costs, processing fees, or other charges.

    A Note From Career Bond

"This guarantee exists because we believe in this system. The conditions are the work. If you complete the program, rebuild your LinkedIn the right way, and run the job search as advised for six months — it works. The guarantee is for the rare case it doesn't. Do your part, and we'll do ours."
