    Job Offer Guarantee

Complete the program. Follow the system. Get the job. If you don't — we'll pay you up to $9,000*.

*(terms and conditions apply, please see full terms below)

    The Promise

Career Bond guarantees that if you complete an eligible Career-Bond Preferred program, follow our coaching system, and actively execute the job search process — you'll receive a qualifying job offer in your field. If you don't, Career Bond will pay you up to $9,000*.

This isn't a marketing promise. It's a commitment with clearly defined conditions. The conditions below aren't fine print — they're the system. Do the work, get the job.

A straight-talk message from our founder

Here's exactly what Offer Insurance covers — and what it doesn't.

Offer Insurance is simple: enroll in a full-tuition Career-Bond Preferred course, follow the system we give you, do it consistently for six months following your certification, and you'll get a job offer in your field. That's not a marketing line — it's a contractual commitment backed by up to $9,000 if we're wrong.

But "follow the system" means follow the system. Apply to 3 new jobs and send 3 outreach messages each day. Show up to your coaching sessions. Rebuild your LinkedIn the way we teach you. Log your activity. Do this every week, for six months. If you do all of that and still don't get an offer — that's on us. We'll give you up to $9,000, dollar-for-dollar matched to what you paid us.

What's not covered: changing your mind halfway through, going through the motions, or expecting results while skipping the work. Miss sessions without notice, apply to 3 jobs instead of 10, stop logging activity, or quit — and the guarantee doesn't apply. Not because we're looking for loopholes. Because those actions mean the system wasn't actually followed.

This isn't a "try it and get a refund" policy. It's a performance contract. We perform our part — world-class training, industry certifications, and hyper-personalized coaching. You perform your part — showing up, doing the work, and executing the search. Both parties have to deliver.

If you're willing to put in the work, we'll guarantee the outcome. That's the deal. If you're looking for someone to do it for you, or a safety net for quitting — this program isn't the right fit. And that's okay.

The 10 conditions below define exactly what "following the system" looks like.

    Eligibility Conditions

To remain eligible for Offer Insurance, you must satisfy all of the following requirements throughout your program and job search period. Failure to meet any single condition forfeits guarantee eligibility.

    1

    Eligibility at Enrollment

    • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • You must be seeking paid employment with a U.S. employer.
    • You must permanently reside in the United States during the program and job search period.
    • You must be actively seeking employment — not currently enrolled in a part-time or full-time academic program.
    2

    Tuition Payments

    • You must remain current on all tuition payments throughout the program and job search period.
    • Payout eligibility is calculated based on actual amounts received by Career Bond under your Enrollment Agreement, up to a maximum of $9,000.
    • Bank fees, loan interest, or third-party financing costs are not included in any payout.
    • If you applied for a third-party loan, your payout will reflect only the amount actually received by Career Bond.
    3

    On-Time Program Completion

    • You must complete the full curriculum and pass your certification exam(s) within the standard program duration, measured from your program start date.
    • Leaves of absence, suspensions, extensions, or program changes do not extend your on-time completion window.
    • Failure to complete on time forfeits guarantee eligibility, though coaching support may continue at Career Bond's discretion.
    4

    Career Coaching Participation

    • You must complete all coaching assignments and milestones before your program completion date.
    • You must respond to all Career Bond communications within 2 business days.
    • You must attend all scheduled coaching sessions. To reschedule, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Repeated missed sessions without notice may result in loss of guarantee eligibility.
    5

    LinkedIn Profile Compliance

    • You must complete the LinkedIn profile rebuild according to the Career Bond LinkedIn Guide for your program track.
    • Your rebuilt profile must be published and maintained throughout the job search period.
    • You must make any profile updates requested by your coach within 5 business days of receiving the request.
    • Publish at least 3 LinkedIn posts per week related to your credential, industry insights, or professional perspective. An active profile signals expertise — not desperation.
    6

    Weekly Activity Minimums

    • Apply to a minimum of 21 relevant job postings per week.
    • Send a minimum of 21 outreach messages to recruiters, hiring managers, or relevant professionals per week.
    • Attend bi-weekly check-in sessions with your Career Bond coach.
    • Dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per week to interview preparation and skill maintenance.
    • All activity must be logged in the tracking format specified by your coach. Undocumented activity does not count toward eligibility.
    7

    Job Search Period Duration

    • The job search period is 6 months from your job search start date.
    • You may request a refund no earlier than 6 months and no later than 9 months after your job search start date.
    • You are permitted up to 2 weeks of documented breaks during the 6-month period. Additional breaks require Career Bond approval.
    • Requests submitted outside the 6–9 month window will not be honored.
    8

    Qualifying Job Offer

    • A qualifying job offer is any bona fide offer of paid employment in your program field — full-time, part-time, or contract.
    • Internships with compensation and defined career pathways also qualify.
    • If you receive a qualifying offer, you must notify Career Bond within 24 hours.
    • Declining a qualifying offer — for any reason — immediately and permanently terminates guarantee eligibility. No exceptions, no appeals.
    9

    Code of Conduct

    • You must maintain professional conduct throughout the program and job search period.
    • This includes conduct during coaching sessions, outreach activity, interviews, and any Career Bond-affiliated communications.
    • Violations of the code of conduct, as determined by Career Bond, may result in immediate loss of guarantee eligibility.
    10

    Documentation

    • You must provide evidence of completed job search activity upon request by Career Bond.
    • Career Bond reserves the right to verify compliance with all eligibility conditions before approving any refund.
    11

    How to File a Claim

    • Submit a written claim request to Career Bond within the eligible window — no earlier than 6 months and no later than 9 months after your job search start date.
    • Career Bond will review your documentation within 14 business days of receiving a complete submission.
    • If approved, payment will be issued in the same form as tuition received, within 30 days of approval.
    • Claim amounts reflect actual tuition paid to Career Bond — up to a maximum of $9,000 — and do not include third-party financing costs, processing fees, or other charges.
    12

Some Courses Exempt From Offer Insurance

    • Offer Insurance is included with every Career-Bond Preferred program purchased at full listed tuition. It's part of the premium experience — the training, the coaching, and the guarantee all come together at that price point.
    • If you enrolled at a negotiated, promotional, or discounted-adjusted rate, Offer Insurance does not apply. A discounted course is a great value — but the tradeoff is that it doesn't carry the guarantee. You chose the lower price; the guarantee is what you traded for it.
    • If you're on a payment plan, your tuition balance must be paid in full on or before your program completion date. If payments extend beyond that date, guarantee eligibility begins only once the balance is fully settled.
    • Allied Healthcare programs enrolled directly through Protrain College at discounted rates are excluded for the Career Bond Job Offer Guarantee.
    • This isn't a penalty — it's how we keep the guarantee meaningful. Offer Insurance only works when both sides are fully committed.

    A Note From Career Bond

"Offer Insurance exists because we believe in this system. The conditions are the work. If you complete the program, rebuild your LinkedIn the right way, and run the job search as advised for six months — it works. The guarantee is for the rare case it doesn't. Do your part, and we'll do ours."
